Guerrero led Raw on Mondays as its Director of Operations. Vickie's behavior led to her break up with Ziggler. It was revealed that the McMahon Family was furious at her. Her conflicting views caused an evaluation of Vickie on the public stage. WWE Universe also rated Guerrero's work, as did Mr. McMahon. The WWE App revealed that 75 percent of the WWE Universe thought Guerrero did a poor job, which ultimately led to Guerrero's firing. Following a complete meltdown and an unsuccessful attempt at rallying the WWE Universe to her side, Vickie was unexpectedly rehired as Director of SmackDown by Mr. McMahon just weeks after her dismissal from Raw. Vickie was unable to do the Authority's will for the following few weeks however, she got herself in trouble once more. Vickie Guerrero had to fight Stephanie McMahon after Stephanie McMahon had sprayed a poisoned iced coffee (and some more), on Guerrero and then fought Roman Reigns in a WWE World Heavyweight Championship Ladder Match Qualifying Battle Royal against the Authority's instructions. Her job was on the line the following week Vickie Guerrero was forced to take on Stephanie McMahon herself in a strange encounter that involved the tub that was filled with an unpleasant brown substance. After Stephanie took the victory with a slam of Vickie in the water, she immediately removed Vickie Guerrero as the SmackDown Director. Vickie was able to end her career on an optimistic one, but she did so when she tossed Stephanie into the muck that was viscous!
